What is the National Capital Civil Service Authority (NCCSA) ? In order to ensure efficient governance in the national capital Delhi, the Central government has issued an ordinance called 'National Capital Civil Service Authority (NCCSA)' in May 2023. Composition:- NCCSA is a three-member body . Chief Minister of the government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi as chairperson . Chief Secretary and Principal Home , who shall also be the member secretary , shall assist the chairperson. Decision making power:- Decisions are to be made through majority vote of the members present and voting. All suggestion of the authority will be authenticated by the member secretary . The rules regulating the matters such as tenure of office, salaries and allowances, provident fund, powers duties, functions of officers etc . may be made by the central government.
